Quick start: your first bot in 5 minutes

From zero to live in five minutes

Here's the fastest path to a working bot on your website.

Step 1 — Sign up (30 seconds)

Click Start free on the home page. Enter your email and a password. You're in.

Step 2 — Choose a plan (1 minute)

Go to Billing in the sidebar. Pick Starter, Business, or Enterprise. Starter is fine for testing — you can upgrade any time.

Step 3 — Train your bot (2 minutes)

Click Train in the sidebar. Paste your website URL — for example:

https://www.yourcompany.com

Click Start training. The bot crawls your site (up to 100 pages on Starter, 350 on Business, 600 on Enterprise) and indexes the content. Watch the live status panel — it usually finishes in 1-3 minutes.

Step 4 — Customise the widget (1 minute)

Click Embed & design. Pick your colours, set the chat header name, write a friendly greeting message. The live preview on the right updates as you type.

Step 5 — Drop in the embed code (30 seconds)

Copy the one-line snippet at the top of the Embed page. Paste it just before </body> on every page of your site. The chat bubble appears immediately.

You're done

Test it by visiting your own site and clicking the chat bubble. Ask it something about your business — it should answer using the content from your trained pages.
