🎭 Personas (4 styles)

Professional, Friendly, Casual, Formal. The bot's tone changes — its accuracy doesn't. Pick what suits your brand.

📏 Response style

Concise (1-3 sentences), Balanced, or Detailed. Control how chatty your bot is.

💬 Custom fallback message

What the bot says when it doesn't know. Make it useful — "I'll have a human email you" beats "I don't know".

🚪 Escalation keywords

Words like "human, manager, complaint" trigger automatic escalation acknowledgement. The bot doesn't try to handle what it shouldn't.

🚫 Off-topic blocking

Toggle off and the bot politely declines unrelated questions. No-one wants their support bot writing poetry.

📋 "About your company"

Add factual context (parent company, location, founding year) the bot can quote freely without checking. 800-character buffer for the essentials.

Paste a URL. The crawler reads up to 600 pages of content (plan-dependent), follows internal links, and falls back to a headless browser for JavaScript-rendered sites. Re-train any time content changes.

🗺️ Sitemap-aware

Detects sitemap.xml automatically and uses it to find every page — much faster and more thorough than crawling links.

⚛️ JavaScript-rendered sites

For React, Vue, Next.js sites where links are rendered by JS, the crawler falls back to Playwright with a real browser.

📈 Plan-based limits

Starter: 100 pages per URL. Business: 350. Enterprise: 600. All plans support unlimited training URLs.

🤖 robots.txt respected
