Welcome to Digimate

This guide walks you through your first bot from scratch.

1. Pick a plan

Head to Pricing and pick Live Chat (£5/mo) or Pro (£10/mo). Pro adds help-desk integrations and email-response capability.

2. Train your bot

In your dashboard, click Train and paste your website URL. Digimate crawls up to 25 pages and turns them into your bot's knowledge base. Add extra URLs (FAQ, docs, blog) to enrich it.

3. Drop in the widget

Open Embed, copy the one-line snippet, paste it before </body> on your site. The chat bubble appears immediately.

4. Hard-code rules (optional)

If your bot needs to give exact answers (opening hours, return policy), open Rules and edit the Python file. Three hooks let you intercept questions before and after the LLM.
