Which one is right for you?
Starter (£6.99/mo)
You have a single website with up to 100 pages, you want a chat widget, and you want to be able to watch visitors and take over chats. No multi-channel needed yet.
Business (£17.99/mo)
You have a bigger site or you want the bot to also respond on Telegram, WhatsApp or email. This is the sweet spot for most small businesses with a real support workload.
Enterprise (£35.99/mo)
You want everything — including helpdesk sync (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Intercom, etc.), Slack, Discord, and the highest message volume. Best for established companies with existing workflows.
Switching plans
Upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing page. Changes take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrading doesn't lose your knowledge base or settings — features just become locked until you upgrade again.
