Account
Billing, upgrades, downgrades
Everything subscription-related lives at Dashboard → Billing.
Upgrading
Pick a higher plan, click Subscribe, complete payment. The change takes effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference for the rest of your current billing period — so you're never charged twice.
Downgrading
Pick a lower plan and confirm. Effective immediately. You keep the higher plan's features until the end of your current paid period, then the lower plan takes over.
What happens to features that aren't in your new plan?
- Knowledge base: stays. You don't lose your trained content.
- Settings: stay. Bot persona, fallback message etc. all preserved.
- Connected integrations: stay configured but become inactive. Re-upgrade and they reactivate instantly.
- Pages indexed beyond your new limit: still served. The limit only applies to new training runs.
Cancelling
Click Cancel subscription on the Billing page. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then the bot stops responding. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Pausing
We don't currently offer pausing — but downgrading to Starter (£6.99/mo) achieves nearly the same thing while keeping your bot alive.
Invoices & receipts
Stripe handles all billing. Click "Manage in Stripe" on the Billing page to access invoice history, update card details, or download receipts.
Currency & VAT
Prices are in GBP. UK customers pay 20% VAT on top of the listed price. Other regions: VAT/sales tax is your responsibility.
