Connect your existing helpdesk

Enterprise plan customers can sync conversations with established helpdesk platforms. The bot handles the easy questions; complex tickets get routed to your team in the helpdesk where they already work.

Connecting

Open Bot settings → Integrations. Each integration shows a card. Click "Connect" to expand the form, paste your credentials, save.

How credentials are stored

API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a server-side key that's separate from the database. Even a database leak wouldn't reveal your credentials. After saving, sensitive fields are masked (••••XXXX) in the form so they're never exposed.

Plan requirement

Helpdesk integrations are an Enterprise plan feature.
