Forgot password? No problem

If you can still log in

To change your password while logged in, go to Dashboard → Account. Enter your current password and your new one twice.

If you're locked out

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the login form.
  3. Enter your email address. If an account exists, you'll get a reset link by email within a minute.
  4. Click the link in the email. You have 1 hour to use it before it expires.
  5. Enter a new password (8 characters minimum) and confirm it.
  6. You're logged in with the new password immediately.

If 2FA is enabled and you've lost your authenticator

Reset your password as above. After login, you'll still be asked for a 2FA code — use one of your backup codes to get past it. Then immediately disable and re-enable 2FA on a new device.

Didn't receive the email?

  • Check spam/junk.
  • Make sure you used the right email address (the one you registered with).
  • Wait a couple of minutes — sometimes email is delayed.
  • Try again — links are single-use; expired or used links won't work.
  • Still nothing? Contact support and we'll help.

Security note

For privacy, we always show "If an account exists for that email, you'll receive a reset link" — even if no account exists. This prevents people from using the form to check whether someone is registered.
