WhatsApp Business setup
WhatsApp requires either Meta's Cloud API or a provider like Twilio. The Pro plan (£10/mo) supports both.
Option A — Meta Cloud API
Create a Meta Business account, register a phone number, and get your access token. Paste token + phone-number-ID into Channels → WhatsApp.
Option B — Twilio
Use Twilio's WhatsApp sandbox for testing or apply for a production number. Paste your Account SID, Auth Token and from-number into the form.
